Return of the King of the Cafe!
I've worked out a treaty with the Cree'Ar, and hopefully once BDE contacts me one with them too, but my question is how do I go about the transfer of stuff? Do they just automatically recieve it when I agree, and I should remove it from the manifest, or is some sort of RP needed, or do we post the treaty in the IC News forum or something?

You can do anything you want. Role-playing it out would be best, because then ou can say that the event actually happened.

I've eddited your post. That might be an abuse of power, but our treaty wasn't negotiated in public. Sure, TNO and BDE know, but I'd rather the general population wasn't given the exact terms to which you have agreed.
