In the talks forum:

"...Dolash was given permission to defend not to surrender. The rules say the owner has final say. I'm the owner. Therefore those planets are still mine."

Huh? Are they just allowed to surrender and then take everything back after we've been delayed for a month or so? Dolash was given complete control over those battles. He surrendered. We didn't ask him to surrender. We didn't want him to surrender. He didn't transfer any assets to us besides what we captured.

Libelous lies I think.

I completely agree with Theren here.

I was given the authority to use ORS's assets in defence of their worlds. So I surrendered. If I had fought and lost ships, would you be able to say "Those losses didn't count because I didn't give Dolash the right to lose ships"? If I could lose ships, then surely I could lose planets too. If you're (Marth) going to complain about how I dealt with the situations then maybe you should actually turn up and deal with them yourself.

I wouldn't have complained if you defended the worlds because that's what you were told to do. Surrendering isn't defending.

Actually, Marth, that's not entirelly true. During the Second World War, one of the reasons France gave into Germany for their own defence: less of their people died, and they defended thousands of years worth of priceless historic objects and buildings from destruction.

Surrender is always a defence - though not usually one many leaders employ. However, as the "Good guys", Dolash no doubt saw that by surrendering those worlds, less of the people he lead would die and he was therefor defending them.

You're only thinking in the self-centred "Defend my assets so I can kill stuff!" view.

It's not about war history even Kas it's about COMMON SENSE. How can Marth say anything he's saying with a straight face?? Come on this whole thing's ridiculous.

Griff gave Dolash express control over ORS assets being attacked by TNO.

There is no doubting this.

Hence Dolash (as an agent of Griff, ORS' owner) proceeded to assume control.

The result of that was the surrender of numerous ships and planets.

Something which would have happened anyway had we simply 72 houred you instead of waiting.

So all i can say is that you're looking at a lose-lose situation...
