Geological Data: Farquak is unique due to the fact that it has five different continents, each one exactly one fifth of the world away from each center.
Terrain: There is a different terrain for each continent. The continent of Dor has a lot of valleys, including the Wedor Valley. The continent of G’ral has a lot of swamps and lakes across it, and provides excellent fishing opportunities. The continent of Can’d has a lot of mountains ranges, which are ideal for hiding military operations from the peaking eye. It also provides a lot of turbo-skiing, a sport which many people do across the galaxy. The continent of Par is a giant desert, with a large lake in the center. The continent of Dern is a variety of mountains, valleys and plains, with lakes in the low valleys.
Detailed History of the Government:
A council of twelve Cren, who are elected every four years, runs Farquak. Originally when the Cren first settled Farquak, the eleven different landing ships turned into eleven different clans, where the captain was the ruler. There was a lot of fighting in between the eleven clans and peace did not seem like a likely prospect. The eleven clans were the Shri’wentok, the Dern’lya, the Gen’lem, the Wedor’t, the T’tegor’f, the Can’d’any, the H’ppar’mba, the K’ng’ral, the P’nor’tif, the Qu’anallier and the Ravit’ld.
The Wedor’t landed on the continent of Dor, in the Wedor valley, where they grow large amounts of food. They were mainly peaceful at the beginning, have a merger army, but then when they were attacked and some parts of their country were taken over, they started a resistance in caves in the valleys, and gain their territory back. Since then they have been sure to maintain a fairly large military presence. The T’tegor’f also landed on Dor, and where largely responsible for the fighting on Dor. They wished to control the whole world, but until then they tried to make do with the continent at that point, though they never succeeded. The Ravit’ld were controllers of the northern part of Dor, when the T’tegor’f started their advance against the Wedor’t, the Ravit’ld decided that they would do a sneak attack against the T’tegor’f. They sent out a fleet of ships, which they had originally used to fish the large predatorial Vit, recently converted into warships and attacked. They destroyed the capital of the T’tegor’f, before the troops attack the Wedor’t retreat, and managed to capture their capital back again. Since then the T’tegor’f, Ravit’ld and Wedor’t were always fighting about a narrow piece of land on the western edge of Dor, including the Wedor Valley.
The Shri’wentok, Gen’lem and Dern’lya all landed on Dern. The Dern’lya inhabited the mountainous regions, where they were always very militaristic. All their citizens over 16 were given two years military training and then spent four years minimum in the military. After their four years in the service they may do what they want. All the inhabitants of Dern’lya older then 18 and younger then 50 can be mobilized in one hour against any target. There are always spare weapons and vehicles available in case an emergency happens or somebody decides to rejoin the military. Every child over 5 was taught how to turbo-ski and they are all experts at it. The Shri’wentok in habited the valleys, and some parts of the plains. They are expert fishermen, and are naturals with all boats. They’re air force is minimal, with not a lot of area to launch from, but the pilots they do have are experts, as they weave through the sometimes very narrow valleys. The Gen’lem inhabit the plains and are expert shots, due to the fact that hunting makes up almost one third of the diet for some people, and almost all of the diet for others. The people living in rural areas on the plains eat large amounts of Dant, a four-legged animal that is quite swift, and has two horns. The Dant has a northerly cousin named the Dent. Crops are grown near the lake, while in the lake itself a large fishing industry thrives. Dern was launched into war when the Dern’lya came down from their mountains and started destroying villages on the edge of the plains, and launching explosives high into the air, where they pummeled to the ground in the valleys, destroying homes and killing people. The meager air force of the Shri’wentok was no match against the air force of the Dern’lya. But luckily the Gen’lem, saw the battle, and it’s massive air fleet launched and came to the rescue, decimating the Dern’lya. But the battle wasn’t done yet. The Dern’lya responded with a renewed bombardment, this time from the ocean. Battleships launched salvo after salvo from their anti-aircraft batteries, and the air fleet was forced to retreat. The Shri’wentok sent it’s own impressive fleet to decimate the battleships, but they had to fight against the explosive bombardments from the mountains. The Gen’lem decided to launch a huge assault. It’s own navy came along to catch the Dern’lya from the other side. Then it’s air fleet launched to destroy the enemy launching bombardment from the mountains. Their troops started up the mountain. The Shri’wentok sent its army up as well. This was the final and decisive battle. The Dern’lya were forced back into the mountains and then a small peace reigned.
The Can’d’any came from Can’d, the mountainous region. They, like the Dern’lya were set on war, and trained all their citizens. But unlike the Dern’lya, they were the only people to inhabit their continent and they made advantage of that. They built a huge navy of battleships, with an impressive air fleet. Then they built water transports for their tanks and troops. They were all set for war and started it, in their attack against Par. Par was in habited by the H’ppar’mba and the Qu’anallier. Peace had always reigned over Par until the Can’d’any came from Can’d with their impressive fleet. They started a long-range bombardment from water, while their air force flew ahead and picked targets. The air force also started a bombardment against enemy military targets, which were numerous despite the peace. The water transports landed and the tanks and troops moved out. Then the H’ppar’mba and the Qu’anallier made their alliance of Par, and launched their counter-attack. They had an impressive air fleet as well, and they showed it. They decimated the Can’d’any air fleet and moved out to attack the navy, which seemed to have limited anti-aircraft guns. The army of Par was not the biggest or best, but they had one major advantage. Traps. With the enemy air fleet gone, then Can’d’any army had no more intelligence. Traps with mines in them were laid, and marked on a map. Groups of snipers were set up behind protective covers, with a legion of troops hidden in between the two armies. Then mines were hidden in between them and the army. The Can’d’any army would receive a vicious surprise. This would prove to be a deciding factor in the war. In the end the Can’d’any army was completely wiped out, and their navy was forced to flee. There wasn’t a fight in between the two continents after that, but tensions were high in all their dealings.
G’ral is inhabited by the K’ng’ral and the P’nor’tif. They fish in the swamps and lakes. The swamps also provide interesting vegetation that is highly nutritious. There has never been a war between the two countries and they have always lived together peacefully, but they maintain strong militaries.
The Cren eventually formed the High Council, where the leader of each nation is a member. Also the citizens vote for the leader of the High Council every four years. The High Council makes all the decisions around what happens on Farquak.
Farquak was recently in a civil war, and there is still unrest in the population. I am sure that freeing Dawara, Sawara and the other prisoners of the Rebellion would create another uprising. That uprising, with our support, could lead to an excellent position for us to have some control of Farquak and it’s citizens, though there will probably always be some unrest.

Orbiting Farquak
Farquak System
Dimensions: 100 000m in diameter
Terrain: Rocky, mountainous
Population: Cren researchers, estimated to be 10 000 to 20 000, Cren builders and missile producers, estimated to be 50 000 to 70 000
Government: High Council
History:
Farquak Junior was originally populated when Crinium ordered that a research base be set up there. To build the research base, that would have all the information that the Cren had on ships, they needed a lot of builders. Therefore numerous construction companies were contacted to build the base, and 50 000 Cren were employed to build the necessary base. Then Crinium realized that since he was building numerous Damorian Manufacturing Missile Cruiser that he need more missile production facilities. He immediately ordered that missile production facilities be built, and that the second that one such facility was built, another would follow. Therefore there is a constant increase in the amount of missile production facilities being built. Since we would have to set up our own missile production facilities in Gernon, you may think that Farquak Junior is a better candidate. I think that it would be wiser to wait until we have the Cren on Farquak under control before we try to take any other planets that have Cren on them.
“I like your comments at the bottom, and see that we do have a good target for our first land battle on Farquak, freeing Sawara and Dawara, yet I still am wondering about the Gernon assault. There is a large chance that any of the material that we try to bring in would be stopped by the Ssi-Ruuk, and then we would have to wait for the transports to come again, probable to be attacked again.”
