The Disruptor -class Star destroyer Wisp of Averam, popped out of hyperspace the last bit of water being forced from a hole in a dam. On its left, ten Ghost -class cruisers. On its right, eleven.

Aboard the Wisp of Averam were several weapons inspectors, several hundred. The Captain of the Averam sent a communique to the Tholatin space authority.

"Emperor Fearsons wishes to inspect all man, machine, and like-wise of the Tholatin Drive Yards, to insure that they are not creating weapons of mass destruction. Should, you be creating them, speak now and no harm will come. Should you lie, a declaration of war will be made most promptly.

The Captain looked dryly at his first officer, than had opened a channel for reply, "That could be a problem wouldn't it? We just want to inspect your ships and yards and factories...make sure you aren't making biological weapons, clones, any other stuff on the bad list."
