Grand Admiral Snowkand watched as Khomm drew closer. The Khommites, as far as he had heard, weere relativly simple poeple, with a small space force. The only good thing about them was that they had cloning facilities. They would be wonderful tools for Grand Admiral Snowkan's living army. With only three Gorax and twenty Ralltiir tigers, he would need to clone them, which was the reason he was here. He had searched through records, and had found two planets with known cloning facilities on them, Khomm and Hoth. Hoth was already under the command of The Rogue Empire, so Khomm was the logical choice to attack. The attack force consisted of one corellian battlecruiser, Serpent's Strike, eight Hover Tanks and five AT-STs inside of the Hover Tanks. They had been unable to fill all the hover tanks with AT-STs and speeder bikes, but it was probably all they would need, for the attack on Khomm. Scouting ships had been sent to the surronding space, looking for other planets nearby.
"Prepare the com unit. I will giev them one chance to surrender."
"Yes sir. Com unit active."
"To the Khommites on the planet Khomm, you have two choices. The first is that you surrender. If you agree to this, then we will take control of the cloning facilities, all except for one, which will be given to you to use. We will also construct shipyards and a construction yard in orbit and on your planet. You will recieve protecting from the Iron Fist Empire and we won't harm your space fleet or defenses. Your other choice is to refuse to surrender, attack me with your space fleet, get it crushed, and then lose the planet to me. I will take control of all the clonign facilities and i will still building the shipyards and contruction yards. You will once again receive protection from The Iron Fist Empire. What is your answer?"
"So-called Grand Admiral Snowkan of the stupid Iron Fiost Empire, we refuse to surrender, and will oppose you with all our might." With those words, a space fleet came around the planet. It consisted of, 5 imperial star destroyers, six dreadnaughts and 344 fighters.
"Sir it looks liek we are in a jam."
"Yes i does look that way. Order in the Iron Fist Attack Fighter First Division, and Serpent's Poison. Oh and bring in the corellian gunship."
The 667 Shadow Droids came pouring out of hyperspace along with the Corruptin star destroyer. The corellian gunship came just after them.
"They wanted a fight. Now they will get one."
"Sir we have reports from the scouting ships. The have discovered a planet called N'zoth, with a large space fleet defending it. It is not far from here. I suggest we make contact, and then propose an alliance."
"I agree. I will go aver to the gunship, and then fly to N'zoth, and meet these people. General Odamin, you have command untill i return."
The Grand Admiral boared the gunship, and it leaped into hyperspace, on way to N'zoth.

The gunship came out of hyperspace over N'zoth.
"This is Grand Admiral SNowkan of the Iron Fist Empire. I propose an alliance, or at least a meeting with your leader, i have lots of things to tell him."
The message was sent, and Grand Admiral SNowkan waited for a reply.

Meanwhile back at Khomm, they fleet had been playing a defensive action. The Shadow Droids and HTs, which had been unloaded, shot the occassional shot at the odd enemy fighter that came under their guns. So far, two squads of the enemy had been blown up. General Odmain knew he wold have to begina real attack soon, but he also knew when he was out numbered. He consinquencly fought a defensive action, with no harm comign to the Iron Fist ships. He hoped Grand Admiral Snowkan would be back soon. He also wished that some ships could be pulled to Khomm, but that was out of the question.

When Hutts try to flee they usually tumble under their own weight. Such was the case with this foolish Iron Fist Empire. To attempt to literally steal a peaceful planet with idle threats was as evil as the Sith's destruction of Ossus. Khomm...of course it had a cloning facility, that was why the Rogue Empire showed such keen interest in the planet there.

That is why we won't let Snowkan get his hands on it...

The Star Destroyer Wraith had been lingering around the hyperlanes between Averam and the deep core for some time now. Every now and again they'd go and deal and/or trade with the Khomms for sake of their economy. But for some reason there had been silence this day. Silence until the Wraith pursued the Iron Fist ships into the Deep Core.

Their ships were tracked all the way through the Averami Hyperlane, and thus the Rogue Empire chose to pursue. Lingering just outside the Khommi-Core borders the Wraith sat, easily dismissed in the heat of battle preparation.

Commander Muladeek, captain of the Wraith, touched his temple with the tips of his two fingers. The whole ordeal had been disgusting...and it seemed that the Iron Fist Empire was now making a Deep Coreward thrust in an attempt to build an army out of three or four of their own manifestations of life itself.

This has to be stopped thought Muladeek. His memories fell back to Hoth, the cloning facility there had been seized by Darktroopers whom were nearly toppled over by a severe ambush by former Rebel War Droids. Now...it was the location of Wampa.

After the last transmission carried through, the Rogue Imperial warcraft then revealed itself. It only took superior tactics to topple enemy fleets. Superior tactics the Rogue Empire had. Superior shields the Rogue Empire had. Superior training the Rogue Empire most definitely had.

Muladeek peered over at his sensor relay station onboard the bridge. The relay station would intercept transmissions, military patterns, enemy heart rates, it could even track down the size of the other admiral's underwear need be. But just next to it was what the commander wanted.

"Prepare to jam," he said with a delightful nod. The ensign there took a moment or two, then flipped a switch before giving a thumb's up to the commander. Muladeek nodded.

"Weapon control?" he asked, turning his head in the opposite direction.

"Roger sir!" another lower ranking man recited from below the bridge's catawalk.

"Prepare turbolasers for potential combat, tell the TIE Interceptors and Defenders to launch at once."

"Aye sir."

The commander simply nodded and twisted on the sole of his foot to face out the transparisteel viewport once more. Just then the Iron Fist took down what appeared to be a Corvette analog. Just hold on.

The Star Destroyer lingered closer, no a good twenty klicks out. They were close enough to comm and even to launch fighters, but definitely were nowhere near close enough to fire. Proper firing range always had been and always shall be 2 klicks for lasers, four klicks for turbo lasers.

The Rogue Empire's craft slowly mulled forward, spelling out potential doom for the Iron Fist Fleet. They cannot get through a comm jam and contact reinforcements...

"Fighter check?"

"Wings one and two launched sir," the flight officer responded almost before t he last letter could ease out of the commander's mouth. Wings one and two...that made four TIE Interceptors -- Gamma Wing -- and three TIE Defenders -- Delta Wing -- dispatched and out.

And their backup could be called in at a moment's notice.

OOC: I am not involved but I think rule two of planetary take overs applys here Poreon.

2)You cannot attack or capture a planet which another group is already in the process of taking over.

They are in the process of taking it over and Fearson is attacking a planet with (what I assume) is intent to take over the planet before it can be taken by another group.

OOC: As long as Fearsons does not intend to take the planet I have no problem.And Poreon I do not see any rule that says takeovers are not allowed to be closed.

OOC: Chadd, it's an unoccupied planet seige. You cannot interefere if they desire it to be private.
