Who are the leaders, IC, of the LON with the removal of the Empire? I know they meet on Obroa-skai but I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me who the core leadership there consists of if it has been RPed.

I implied a nameless Obroan as the "head" of the League Assembly, since they're meeting on his his homeworld; basically, he sits in the middle of the room and tries to keep everything from degenerating into total chaos. Other than that, Fearsons supposedly has a good deal of power, but after my speech I don't know how true that still is.
I tried not to meddle too much with the actual political construction of the League, so I can't help much more than that.

The Jedi will soon be acting as a sort of peacekeeping force within the League, so Masters Ekan and Tre'Na are heading that up, but that's not really political power. Most of the original leadership was vaporized by Zell on Coruscant, so the Obroa-skai Assembly would consist of those not on Coruscant in the original leadership, and the most senior members previously not involved with the Assembly. In other words, as of yet generally unestablished characters. Besides Smarts's unnamed leader and Fearsons.
