I'll clarify - the moon is a seperate asset - that's the additional 2500 words, as per the rules.

No. The rule has always been (or always was) 5000 for a planet, 2500 for a smaller asset (like a moon). I distinctly remember that because that's how I ended up with Echtabahn and its two moons - 10,000 words for all three, as I recall. Corise ended up with something similar, I believe. That was "Sands of Time (Valinor)," if you want to look at it.
Of course, that was, what, a year, year and a half ago? Or was it longer? But I do remember that rule.
