Seth, it's under Moderated Users in the Admin Control Panel. You click on [view] and it will give you a list of people who recently registered and their email. It will also give you the option to accept, delete or ignore. Accept allows them permission to post, Delete sends them away and ignore keeps them on the list for later consideration.
Most registers are porn or viagra spam out of Russia and there are typically about 50-300 registrants listed every time I go through it.
You just gotta go through the list of names and email and see if any are "starwarsy" enough to be legit or wait for a pm from someone asking you to accept their registration.
