I must apologize for my absence as I will be flying to Denver, CO and travelling to Yellowstone National Park tomorrow. I will be back home on Sept 2nd. However, do not despair...

I am working on a response and I do have my laptop with me so at the earliest convenience in finding an internet signal, I shall post.

I will try not to let this thread go unanswered for an entire week and a half.

Just a heads up. I am hoping to post this weekend. I've been trying to buy a house all week so been meeting with realtors, signing offer contracts and meeting with loan officers so been a little preoccupied.
