Well, we planned for it. And now it is here. My review ensues.

not at all. but i will agree the actors did capture certain mannerisms of their previous incarnations.

Bounty Hunter
It had its high points and its lows; predictable and expected from most anything out of Lucasarts in the past two decades. Parts excelled while others were, simply put, awful. Overall it was about what I expected but far from being a "piece of shit" in my opinion, however. It was a franchise supplement, something to keep Star Wars fresh and keep the fan base interested and, where possible, draw in a few new fans as well... comparable really to the '78 Christmas special in that sense.

Here's hoping the Live Action TV Series will be better.

My biggest complaint: There exists such a plethora of material to work within, from Old Republic to Empire, before, between and after... I wish to god "The Maker Himself" could pull his head out of his rear and realize that, no, the Clone Wars are not the best point in Star Wars history and that, yes, we`ve already seen enough Clone Wars material so let`s move on.

Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Star Wars Clone Wars (Animated Shorts parts I and II)
Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Etc Etc Etc.

Kneel Before Zod!
Yeah, my opinions about this is the same as all the above.

I will say that I did like the plot after the Uncle Hutt was brought in. Dooku vs. Jedi word over Jabba's kid was a little simplistic until the plot was expanded upon with the Uncle Hutt and Dooku using Jabba's kid to have Jedi and Jabba destroy each other while they fed off the remains and took the Outer Rim. I did not buy that Jabba would care that much for the little grub (not knowing if he could pop more out), it was a deeper plot than one might expect from a kid-friendly cartoon that Lucas has turned SW into.

Whether this can be considered canon or not, I was interested to see Obi-Wan's droid fly his starfighter after he jumped out as that pertained to my last pm with Corise. Just something I was not really expecting to see and it jumped out at me after our convo.

I did like the starbase with all the Republic capitals docked against (or resupply depot).

It's hard to get into the whole Anakin and Asoka thing because you already know that within the year (or two?) he's gonna turn and kill Windu and the younglings.. So, you know Asoka is probably gonna die somewhere down the road so even if you did buy into the banter and antics and ride along with the cartoon as kids will do, it's still bittersweet.

It's like watching a cute puppy play knowing in the next minute it's going to die a painful and agonizing death.
