<!--EZCODE BOLD START--> There they were almost at their target one short hyperspace jump and they would arrive in orbit around Pantolomin to begin the takeover operation, it would not be easy but it could be done. Pantolomin because of the wealth it received from the undersea mining and because of the wealth of the casino ship <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Coral Vanda<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> had a huge defense fleet which comprised of 1 Imperial star Destroyer, 2 Victory Class Star Destroyers and 1 Golan III to defend against outside incursion. But all that didn't matter the first thing to do was to arrive in system and begin the operation. He would need to use 3 words to do that and know he uttered them.<!--EZCODE BOLD END-->
"Begin operation Hammerstrike"
<!--EZCODE BOLD START--> With a flash of light Chimera Fleet arrived in system Immeaditly they formed up with the 4 Victory flanking on either side of Imperial Death and the Ion Cannon Cruiser behind his flagship. Up ahead he could see the opposing star Destroyers launching fighters. He didn't see the Golan III but that was a good thing because it should be at the other side of the planet and if it wasn't then this battle would be much bloodier.<!--EZCODE BOLD END-->
"Tell Captain Valdrig aboard the Avarice to go in on a slash at the Star Destroyers, then he is to continue on towards the planet and try to draw fire from ground based implacements."
"Yes sir" said his comm officer.
<!--EZCODE BOLD START--> The Avarice began to mave slowly at first but picking up speed, it was a extremely fast ship. Designed by his own engineers the Avarice was the first of it's class to be built and depending on how well it did in this fight depended on how many more would be built. As the Avarice approached the Star Destryer it was only moving at half speed, just as the gunners drew a lock on the cruiser it increased to full speed, this increase in speed put it as fast as a B-Wing fighter, As it zoomed in on the Star Destroyers the gunners had to suddenly shift their targeting point but by then the Avarice had opened up with it's guns. 50 Proton Torpedoes flew towards the Victory Star Destroyers while the Ion Cannons concentrated their fire on the Imperial Star Destroyer. The first set of shields had halfway failed by that point as had the shields on the 2 vics. The Imperial's shields had dropped to 2/3rds strength. The Avarice had moved in on the planet, suddenly 2 Ion Cannon bolts came up from 2 different planetary defense sites, they destroyed all of the first shields. The Star Destroyers, seeing their target wounded turned to give chase. They of course outgunned the cruiser andwould have destroyed it with comparitive ease but suddenly the ship flickered then it disapeared. Admiral Joe smiled the cloaking shield something he'd been meaning to test and know it was proven. The Star Destroyers confused for a second stopped and didn't move at all. By this time the fighters from the Pantolomian Star Destroyers who hadn't given chase to the Ion Cannon Cruiser reached the outer edge of the fighter screen. Though they outnumbered the Chimera Fleet fighters the Chimera fighters had backup from the Sentenials with their impresive amount of weaponry they took out a fair number of fighters also the escort carrier had opened up with it's guns and the Corellian Gunships also, in a few minutes 10 of the squadrons had been blasted into oblivion and the remaining 2 were in retreat.<!--EZCODE BOLD END-->

<!--EZCODE BOLD START--> It had been 20 minutes since the first order went out to the Exterminator. The Exterminator was ready to jump in and the Avarice was under cloak. And know it was time to set the whole plan in process 2 of the victory's Tyrant and Emancipator moved in on the leftmost Victory Star Destroyer. While Avenger and Virulence whent after the rightmost Victory Star Destroyer. Imperial Desth went after the Imperial Star Destroyer as did the Intredictor and Corellian Gunships. The Interceptors and Defenders mixed it up with the fighters while the Bombers and Missile Boats fired missile barages at the ships. That left the Golan with no opponent but not for long. The Exterminator appeared in all it's nglory followed by Avarice they were more than a match for the Golan. The Battle seemed to be going well one of the Victory Star Destroyer's shields had fallen and the 2 Vics had traded places with the Avarice. The Avarice was pouinding the ship with all it's Ion Cannons a seeming wall of energy leapt out at the Victory Star Destroyer. They didn't want the ships but they wanted the troops. Chimera Fleet was always in need of more troops. The first Victory Star Destroyer had been disabeled. Know the 2 Victory Star Destroyers there went and spelled off the Imperial Star Destroyer blasting the Golan III. And the Ion cannon Cruiser also went and helped kill the Golan. The Victory Star Destroyer had know been disabeled. The Imperial Star Destroyer attacked both the Golan III and the Imperial Star Destroyer. The Shields were down on both ships and they were about to be disabeled. Both ships fired in vain but nothing could help them. They were at the hands of the attackers know and all they could do was hope for a quick death.
Meanwhile.......
Captain Tynos newly in command of Defender Squadron viewed the scene. 2 squadrons of fighters versus 3 squadrons of Tie Interceptors and Defender Squadron. Defender Squadron could take these guys on themselves! Oh well ity couldn't be helped. High Command wanted these fighters gone without loses and that's what he'd do. Defender Squadron went after 1 squadron of fighters while the Interceptors went after the other squadron. Off to his right he could see the fight in between the capital ships. he never understood why the commanders enjoyed coming up with their little tatics. It was much more fun doing that with fighters because you weren't 1.6 km long. Oh well time to concentrate. Suddenly a fighter came at him with all guns blazing. he dodged around a bit and the fighter only succeded in hitting him a couple times. right before he passed the fighter he dropped a Proton Torpedo right into a cockpit and watched it flame. Then he was clear of the dogfight and coasting along. Not bad he thought all of his squadrons targets were dead everybody got one. over to his right he could see the remmants of the dogfight with the Interceptors and tyhe other squadron of Tie Fighters. That was just winding down to. Off to his left he could see that The capital ships were just sitting there it appeared that battle was over also. He sent his ship on a course for the Imperial Death hoping to get a rest from his cock<!--EZCODE BOLD END-->

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Captain Huchock of the <!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->Immobilizer<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> wasn't happy Admiral Joe had left him with the specific orders to blockade the system and then he'd left leaving only his ship, and 3 Corellian gunships. Oh well it couldn't be helped. He would power up his gravity wells and do as he was ordered.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->
"Power up the gravity well generators." he said
"Yes sir" the officer in charge of the gravity wells
<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Captain Huchock watched as the status bar on the power for the gravity wells slowly moved into the green. Finally after 2 minutes they were active.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->
"Sir we have 2 Yt-2400's trying to land on the other side of the planet." said the sensor officer
"Comm transmit this message." said Captain Huchock "This is Captain Huchock of Chimera Fleet this planet is currently blockaded please stand down and prepare to be boarded."
"This is Captain Gondin commanding the freighter <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> SunShadow<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> I have a schedule to meet and I'm relying heavily on this shipment as are the citizens groundside."
"I realize that Gondin but I have my orders and you will be able to make this shipment it'll just be delayed a bit."
"Sir the freighters are continuing towards the ground." said the sensor officer
"Weapons get a tractor beam lock on those ships don't let them land!" yelled Captain Huchock
"Yes sir. We've got them sir pulling them in." said the weapons officer
"Colonel Smith prepare for boarding action" yelled Captain Huchock into the comm
"Yes sir" said Colonel Smith

Down with the troops in the hold....

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Captain Tellterwald was good at what he did. His job was to complete the mission he was given and get his men back out alive. Know his job was to inspect one of the Yt-2400. As the ship settled on the hull a mecanic ran up to it and lowered the ramp. Then he and his troop were inside most of them heading for the crew quarters and the cockpit. In the cockpit they found 2 men one of them was screaming about piracy and how these damm wars were ruining him. 2 of the troops herded them outside. Meanwhile the other troops had rounded up the remaining crewers and it was know time to inspect the cargo. It was huge there must have been tons of food in between the 2 freighters you could feed half the planet! It was time to tell his superiors what he'd discovered.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->
"Sir I've found tons of food. If we stop a couple more shipments like this they'd be very low on food." he said over his comlink
"Good work Tellterwald fall back we have another job coming our way." said Colonel Smith

Down on the planet.....
<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> He could have never believed it untill know he'd been safe but know his whol world was falling around him. Senderon Grunn was a native to Pantolomin and he'd never been offworld. While the Golan and the Star Destroyers orbited the planet he'd felt safe. He'd never needed or wanted to journey beyond Pantolomin there was enough wealth here for god's sake. But know it had been changed for ever for better or for worse he wouldn't know, not yet at least but it's been changed. He'd have to look outside the little sphere of defense they had. Oh the planet wasn't taken yet but the defense force was and with the blockade around the planet no relief could get in to help them. Wait a second what was that? Up ahead he'd seen a man with a cloak on and when the cloak had opened he'd seen a blater pistol that was highly illegal. The only blaster pistols allpwed on Pantolomin were sporting blasters.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> He hated this planet with it's fancy people and nice houses. He was a soldier his job wasn't to talk fancily but High Command had been very specific about this. Oh well at least he'd been allowed to keep his blaster Intelligence when he was first being briefed for this op had told him no Blasters, but he had been able to get past that rule. Up ahead he could see the planetary governer's office up ahead. He entered the office and walked past the secretary ignoring her. He went staright to the turbolift then up to the top floor. There was chaos in all the confusion he managed to get into the governer's office without somebody noticing him. Once there he sat down and began to speak.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->
"I'm Zowan from the fleet in orbit just wanted to tell you that we've began a blockade of this planet and it was us who destroyed your space defense forces." He said
"What are your intentions? sir Zowan" asked the governer

"Our intention is to takeover this planet. We are Chimera Fleet!" he replied

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Captain Huchock watched the Landing Bricks return from their second run to the victory Star Destryer. Know They were off to the Golan III Each did 2 runs. The they returned to the Immobilizer.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

Bobbum sat on the landing brick waiting to land as it slowly moved towards the Golan III. He was an impatient person. He thought his mission would not be difficult and would not take long. He didn't want to spend much time on something like this. How very wrong he was...

Several minutes later...

Boobum stepped out of the landing brick and saw that most of his troops had already arrived. He could see the last brick dropping off it's troops. He stepped up to the front of the group.
"Ok men. We are to capture everyone on this Golan III. Try to kill as little as possible. We just want to capture. Bring them back here. Expect little resistance, but look everywhere, they may be hiiden. Be ready for a surprise attack. We will-" but he didn't get to finish what he was saying. The doors burst open and he saw an army of men from the station roughly equal to his. This would not be as easy as he thought. The group started firing at his men.
"Take cover and return fire." He dived behind a pillar and started firing. Several of his men were too slow and got shot down. He shot several men before a galncing shot threw him 5 meters back. He got up and rested on a pillar gasping for air. This was going to be harder than he thought. He did not know if they could hold out. He let out a battle cry and ran forward, both blasters blazing. He troops saw him and rushed with him. They started pushing the group back towards where they came from. Bobbum had lost many men and could not continue like this. He had to think of something fast...
