I just installed Parallels (see below), Windows XP, and Office 2007. It runs flawlessly (the usual XP issues aside).

Who needs a PC anymore?

In theory, yes. But your system is already running two operating systems, so you'd need a very powerful computer to do so. You also have the option of Boot Camp, which is free (Parallels is ~$80), and you then boot into one OS at a time. That's the preferred method for gaming.
