Here's my humble opinion. You need to gain experience under the tutalage of some of TRF's best writers before you even consider starting a small faction or company. I've seen your posts, and while you don't seem to have a serious problem with godmodding or the common sense rule, the posts are short and lack description. On a board that is based on quality of writing (and quantity to some degree), I think you should work on that before starting a faction. My suggestion would be to aim for a minimum of 500 words per post. Now, not every post will reach that, but you can always add more description, which not only makes the post longer but also makes the story much more interesting.

I agree with Wes who has gone out of his way to give you a great way to improve upon your skills. Irtar has also pointed out a good example for you to review. I would even add to your original post at the beginning of this thread supplying more examples of your idea and what angle your company intends to specifically be involved in. (ie. location, droid models, who your inteded buyers and/or partners will be and so on)
When you say faction, do you intend to start a true faction meaning you have two other members to support you in this faction or are you just wanting to start a simple company to roleplay with? I only ask before someone else does and to point out if you are requesting to start a true faction, you'll need to be alot more descriptive with your plan than what you have here. (ie. The Nightsisters)
I think this is a great idea for you. I did the same type of thing a while back with Arahsi Incorprated so feel free to use the format as a model for yourself if you would like.

thanks guys. and its a private manufacturing company to roleplay with. ill write up my bio (im currently having writers block >_<) and then wes ill start writing a bit more descriptively ^_^
