Greyy Trespe is a old freind of Vontas she looked at him and gained a measure of reassurance. She was not wrong in her actions. But was she so sure. The force willed her to train on Wayland. And now all of this came about. There must be a reason for it, the force does not act with out reason. The calmness that rippled off her judges was powerful but not all intimidating. She had grown much in her meditations on wayland. Pulling on a bit of the force to try to help her see the way she bagain.
"I am accused of many crimes yes, my guilt is for you to decide so I well hold nothing back." She bows to all of the masters slightly longer to her own master Organa.
"Months ago I resigned my leadership of the fleets of the New Alliance becuase some thing told me it was the right time for it. That the leader ship of the people was not where I was most needed. A vision gave me a glimps of wayland so there I left for in my only belonging a X-J model X-wing. There with no company but my Astro droid cypher I trained. In meditation and intense battle excercise. I was here for a reason and the force would reveal it someday but until then I became more one with the force."

I even saw a machine that he had that changed dead beings into massasi warriors. He harvested and killed for them. Yes I know the sith lord."

The judges each took one, "the Civilian Law Forces or CLF, were on hieghtened alert. we were faceing the sith and Zed intended to be ready for any and every thing. So yalsimari harvested from mykr became standerd issue for all fast response command teams in the CLF. In the report from zed him self it states that a single ship entered the atmosphere followed by a second unidentified ship. There were forces organized for either rescue or combat."
" I was several kiliometers away from the location that the craft were to land. I saw the two fighters as specks in the sky. And I felt the force emminate from each. One was dark and unmistakably Ahnks. The other was unidentifiable at the time but I knew it was a jedi. I rushed to my X-wing R5 had preped it for me so when I arrived I could fly after the UFO's. I had my self patched in to the response teams. Greyy was on one of the shuttles responding. I relayed to him what I felt and he made it clear that this was a combat mission and not rescue. He know just as well what the sith lord could do even allone."
"4 of the Droid X X-wings would reach the area first. I designed the fighter for this purpose. The are the first to reach a scene and drop a pay load of two battle droid commandos and 3 armed spy eye droids that would scout ahead for them. The pilots are even free to move. The fighter can fly under it's own power becuase it is a droid and act as heavy weapons cover.
I ordered them to set up a parimeter so that at least the sith would meet resistance immediatly. But mostly becuase I wanted them to live not die."

I link us in a meditation technique I had mastered in my time her. I sensed that he thought that I was being to proactive being a member of the ancient jedi order. But here and now was my place. I the trees I felt a second dark presence. It is foolish to taunt a sith out they must be flushed out if you are to face them. I sent coordinates to a droid X fighter above and it fired behind him to draw him out. I shot a wrist rocket to stop him in his tracks and give him pause. I wore cortisis armor, a blaster and awrist rocket launcher. But one must use all the advantages on can when facing these odds. I did not relie as much on these devices any more but they did prove use ful at times such as these."
"My actions were never againest the Rogue jedi but against the Sith present. I was told. No ordered to leave this place as it was not my place. But this battle was on a TNA planet and if this Sith was allowed to get away then he could threaten innocents.
The two rogue jedi were strong but there was still the posiblity that they would lose. And I knew that Greyy having the yalsimari would say that they had the best chance against them if the CLF acted. Greyy, and 3 other guards men were in charge of 60 CLF commandos all carrying yalsimari. With the Yalsimari it was almost assure that Ahnk would be taken.
to the count that I taunted a sith perhaps I did, but only to give them the chance to surrender. The pay ment I spoke of refers fo the courts of intergalactic law he would face. But he had to be brought in first."
"As for the charge of conspiracy to assasinate the emperor. It was a state of war. What I planed and helped to plan during the times of war were ways to end the threat of the Angel Virus to the TNA populaces. Any other situations of infiltration. Were not made in the light to murder you or your people but to prevent further blood shed in the recent past there were no such assasination plots on my part."
"As to the charge of attempting to assainate him. Well the battle droid recordings tell it better then I can."
A HOlo grid was set up and vonta nodded to a ballif that had over seen the removal of the data from the droids so that there was no doubt of the validity.

"Sorry Fearsons but this is New Alliance territory and you well find that their is little that you well be able to do to prevent it." She Signaled for the Forces to close on them all. The Yalsimarri that each of the guards carried merged their null force bubbles. sixty for strong the bubble now strectched for over 700 meters in all directions. The force was cut off from all the force users present.
Vonta through off her robes revealing a Cortosis armor chest plate. Greyy Trespe was leading the ground commandos with two other freedom guards men. Trespe was waring a Royal guard uniform with a mix of red and with armor. The other two wore uniforms that were all white. They came with saber lances drawn out for battle. Without their force powers these were just highly trained commandos with high tech weaponry. Something that normal troops could handle.
"You all have heavy weapons trained on you, we may be able to parry blaster bolts with the force but with out it. Well you may want to rethink not surrendering." She gives Greyy a nod.

Interceding she points out "Our force abilitys removed it was a far easier task of taking the sith but instead of working with us the Rogue jedi fought us."

Fearsons eyes narrowed at the blasters honed on him, and then he drifted the chiss-like eyes on his counterpart there...Han Skywalker.
"Han listen to me," he said impervenably. "the New Alliance is messing with Jedi affairs...this is a direct attack...I hope you included combat training in your Jedi training...we're going to fight our way out of this."
Fearsons began to move as if he was surrendering until he was at the edge of the circle...then he jabbed the weapon of his back into the first Alliance soldier near him, scoring a killing blow and sending him to the ground.
Already the Alliance soldiers began firing rapidly on the emperor, but his saber twirled around in a circular motion reflecting the red bolts.
He held up his hand suddenly as Vonta turned on him angrily. "Listen to me now, I am the emperor of the Rogue Empire and you conducted an unprovoked assault on me and the people here, this is a Jedi duel...if you do not call back the troops-"
A stray blaster shot sped through the empty space between the soldier and the emperor, and he reflected it back, hitting the soldier square between the eyes. It was on.

Vonta speeaks again " Fearson fiegns surrender and stabs a man killing him instantly. Provoking a flurry of counter attacks that resulted in more deaths."

Vonta looked him in the eye. Held up her hand for her forces to hold their fire. "Far as I can see you have just killed a TNA soilder. As much a act of war as any I could see. It is you who have proven the aggressor in this case."
The Freedoms guards men all face one of the opponents. Puting them selves between the sith/jedi and the guards.
Greyy Trespe put him self too face fearsons. Greyy speaks now. "Vonta is a jedi but I am a soilder and you are to allow these people into our costudy. I have orders not to engage in a battle with TRE forces under any circumstances but I am taking these sith in. So either help us or stand aside." He increased his voice, "All personel. Do not fire on Fearsons or this second jedi with him. The sith are our only Targets."
He looked at the sith through the eyes of his red and white Royal Guard helmet, "There Fearsons no one well fire on you or your freind but the sith are under arrest."
Fearsons narrowed his eyes, only a few words escaped his lips.
"Get...out."

"I did not at any time engage the Rogue Jedi Han. The Freedom guards men pit vibro lance against light saber so that all the comabatants would not get the chance to kill more CLF officers."

If my crime is acting in accordence to the protection of this society, the fact remains that with the CLF we stood a sure chance of taking the sith. With out them the battle would have been phenomenal. And live could have been lost including those ot the soilders at the scene. Fearson shuck the Authority of the right full government, right out refused the help even after it was clear that they were not after him."
"this was in no way a terrist attack only a operation to see the populace safe it was the will of the force that I was there. Fearson was never a target here but a by standerd that was involved refused help. He was on our planet with a threat to us all not just him. And he was the first one to draw blood not the other way around. I do not know his motives. But I mourn the 13 soilders that died. It is the will of the force that I am here. If I was somehow in the wrong. I accept it."
She closed her statments and took a seatwith a heavy heart of the events that must transpire here. For good or ill.
