I'm moving across the country, from Michigan to Washington (State) on the 21st of February. I figured I would let you guys know that my activity might go down slightly after that, but I don't expect it to fall off.

I flew from Michigan to Britain last March. It took me two days to recover.

I've never experienced the pains of jet lag. Although I've only ever flown once, so maybe I wouldn't remember it. But the main thing is is to be safe and have a good time.
