Well, you must remember that the Iraqis have no love of America. I don't think they'd vote in a pro-American leader just out of the kindness of their hearts. But that's just me.

Well despite the ongoing violence, a lot of Iraqis are still glad that we liberated their country from the iron grip of Suddam Hussien. Last I heard they were still finding mass grave sites from Saddam's mass executions. The only people we are fighting now are the Nazish people who served under Saddam that want a return of his reign, and Al-Qaida Iraq, wanting to do as much damage to America as possible.

With the numbers of innocent Iraqis getting hurt in this conflict, and their standard of living having gone to shit, they are none too happy. I know I wouldn't. I remember another group of insurgents way back in the day that fought the global power that was repressing them and trying to force imperialist ideals upon them.

It's all a matter of perspective to who's the 'Evil Terrorist' and who's the 'Glorious Liberator'. I'm sure that they have a whole different perspective on who's the evil one....
