I don't have a full license (Ontario makes you go through the 3 class system) and driving with any alcohol in your system can result in them taking your license away.
you neglect to mention that these rules only apply if you get caught.

Dunno how it is in Canada, but Police over here check quite often.

Thats aside from the fact that its pretty dangerous really.
