Actually, because of Napoleon, there was just a tiny garrison of red coats, so they hired up a force of Canadian Militia (which combined was still smaller then the American Invasion Force) and under General Brock (The most kick-ass general ever to fight for Canada) They beat the something out of three different American Assaults.
