This was turning into quite a predicament. He knew this wasnt going to blow over very well, and probobaly going to ruin any future chance he may have with the woman. But she deserved the truth, and he wasnt going to be the one to deny her that...

"Shes..with Rogan. She wanted to play commando and broke into this building. She attempted to storm my office and fought against my security personel. Rogan, I might add, also struck my security..."

Cairo had a good idea, but she wasn't going to have an outburst or show her Solo side. She wasn't going to get herself in a bind...she couldn't...she had to play it cool, for Jai and Rogan's sake...

"Rogan wouldn't hurt anyone...and Jai was just comming for Rogan...and if Rogan did attack anyone it was probably defending Jai. How dare you throw them in some cell, Sir? You make it harder and harder for me to keep you in my good humor, Sir."

Cairo scoffed, "A cell...appauling."

He stood, leaning forewards over the desk at her

Well...that did it...

Cairo stood up and leaned over the desk, putting mere inches between thier faces.

"My dear Raktus, if only you understood that thier intertions were anything but lethal."

"And you know Jai as well as anyone, Jai 'storms' everywhere...just like our Father. That's just Jai."

"And if you can't realise that my brother-in-law is a total sweetheart and my sister is just an uncouth Solo, then you are not only a ruffian, but a dense one!"

He was tempted to give her the old 'your cute when your mad' but it just didnt suit him right then. The way her nostrils flared, the way she breathed, her slump over his desk....
He just couldnt take it, the way this was going he probobaly wouldnt be seeing her ever again after this, he just had to make his move or never know how good it could be.

Leaning forward he kissed her passionatly, his lips practicaly merging with hers as he closed his eyes and tilted his head. Pulling back he looked her in the eye again and opened his mouth to say something...anything

Cairo gasped when she realized what he was about do, but didn't have time to react further before he closed in. She should have pulled away...but she didn't.

Cairo's Bormean eyes, which had been a reflective light brown up to now, suddenly dropped the facade and shimmered thier true reflective silver color. She could tell by the suddenly glint of light on Raktus' face. If one knew anything about Bormean's, it was that thier eyes went back to the natural silver color when the Bormean was...well...you-know-what.

She didn't move, she didn't think she could right then.

"Uh...wow. Heh." Cairo smirked a smirk that was pure Solo. She hated that smirk, but it came out every so often...espically in situations where she didn't know what to say or do...

His grin was so wide he knew he probobaly looked like a blathering idiot, but he couldnt help himself, he knew a thing or two about Bormean's, and this one sign he knew well. He felt light headed, giddy actually, he fell back against his chair, draging his fingers against the buttons on his desk, and looked across at her and kept smiling.
"I guess your right... would you accept my sincerest appologies in this situation? I would hate to think that I would never get to see you again over this... Of course I would release them immediatly..."

Cairo suddenly realised she was still standing and sat down quickly, a blush comming to her cheeks. <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Darn eyes.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

She didn't even want to think about what he was trying to imply..."I will only accept your apology if you set my sister and Rogan free and put them under my custody...until we return to Delph, of course. That way, you can be sure they won't try any funny business while they're still in your gen...general a...rea...."

She was trying her hardest to keep this all business, but the more she looked at him the harder it became not to scramble over the desk and pounce on him. When she realised her words had trailed off, she jumped slightly and snapped back to reality.

"Ahem... yes...well.... What do you think?"
