The Rebel Faction

Lavality collasped her hands and thought about. From his speech I can tell he's notin league with the Empire, nor has any hatred toward the Jedi, that is good, she thought and took a sip from her glass. "I may just ask that of you, I'd be interested in seeing what they do," she said.

She could feel the gazes from both her Colonel and Lt. Colonel, both were wondering if perhaps the Rear Admiral had figured out that she was, in fact,a Jedi. Though Lavality didn't think so, not with the way he carried himself right now, if he has figure it out then he's doing a very good job hiding it

Thoughts came to her and she wondered if now was a good time as any. "Perhaps we should could start the process, of perhaps having my organization become apart of the Confederates," Lavality said, choosing her words carefully. "I'd like to bring in two people first though, Chieftain Tzhali of the Wookiee's, and Speaker-Above-All Naosha of the Trandoshan people, both are integral parts of my organization and their word carry's weight."

She thought about it for a second, and then mentally nodded. "If it's possible, Rear-Admiral and not an inconvience, would you allow them to join us?" she asked.

"Considering that both races are probably dubious to your presence, I think it's better that my own people bring them here," she said and got up and glanced toward the wall. "If it's ok with you, I'd like to send off a message to my command ship and have them call the respective parties," Lavality asked.

While she waited for an answer she thought about whether Naosha would come; she knew Tzhali would jump at the oppertunity, mostly since he had been away from space for roughly a month and was already getting spacesick. I know the Rear Admiral may be surprised to find that this wookiee can speak our language pretty well, though Tzhali may still use a translator just to be safe, she said and mentally glanced at her lightsabre. Though I still have to wonder if I should've left this piece back on the Cynax, hopefully I won't have any need for it here....

While Lavality sat at the comm. station and sent out a message to her command ship, her two other officers stayed in the main room and talked to each other.

"Yes you heard me, send the coded message to Speaker-Above-All Naosha, informing her that I would like to invite her to a diplomatic meeting that she'd might want to be included in. Also inform her that apart of my personel guard squad will meet up with her on the planet to escort her shuttle to the Revanche," she said. On the other end her communications officer was puttig it all in memory.

"Next, let Chieftain Tzhali know that he is also invited to join us, make sure to have a translator along though as, while his knowledge of our language is exceptional, I don't want to risk miscommunications." Then, silently so that Fyre wouldn't hear she said," And last, but not least, please tell him to take a bath ok? I don't want him stinking up the place," she said.

The officer on the other end was quiet for a couple seconds before responding back. "Uhhh, will do Admiral, I'll make sure they both get the message," she said before signing off. With a sigh Lavality pressed her back against the seat and looked up at the ceiling before looking over at Command Fyre. "Thank you sir for bringing me here, but now I have another request. May I head to the hanger bay to meet up with Speaker-Above-All Naosha and Chieftain Tzhali?" she asked.

"You think it was a good idea for the Admiral to ask the Rear-Admiral that question?" Caldwen whispered to Sarieve.

Sarieve sighed and glanced at her colledge, then whispered back. "It's her choice, she wanted to make sure she wasn't signing a death warrent for the Jedi children we have in our custody."

"But still, I mean... err..." Caldwen grumbled.

"It's not our place to question her in matters we don't understand, don't forget, she has an attachment to the Jedi, so we can't possibly understand her motives for that," Sarieve said silent as not to allow the Rear-Admiral to hear.

Kashyyyk

"Is she NUTS?!" Tzhali roared as he recieved the message. "Wookiee's? BATH!" he grumbled as she paced his hut.

"W-well Chieftain, she-- err..." the communications officer stopped.

Tzhali sighed. "It's alright, I guess I'll bath just this once since it is 'her' that asked. Though her 'hidden' request I won't do," he asked and closed the line.

"'Hidden' request Chieftain?" A fellow wookiee, this one younger, asked, curious.

"It's a bet between her and several other officers, including a couple Trandoshans as well. They are all betting that one of these days I may go smelling like a rose," he grumbled at the thought. "I day I go out smelling like a rose is the day the Confederates or Imperials come to visit," he continued to grumble.

"Uhhh... Chieftain.. he IS the Confederates you'll be meeting," the wookiee said.

Tzhali's face turned a light shade of red before responding. "Shit.. guess that damn Trandosha won the bet," he said, shifting his gaze toward the wall. With a heavy sigh he left to go take care of his 'hygiene'

Trazu was wearing nothing but a towel around his lower extremities when Naosha found him about to step back into his bedroom.

"Ah my son, glad I could catch you before you locked yourself in your room with the misses again." She said with a knowing smile.

Trazu blushed faintly. "Even Jedi need a 'break' now and then." He replied with a chuckle. "I don't need the Force to know you require something of me."

"Indeed. Our friend Lavality has requested my presence at a short notice diplomatic meeting."

"With who?" Trazu inquired.

"She didn't say, but no doubt she felt I may be interested in the proceedings. Probably found a new ally for her organization."

"Hmm...." Trazu thought a moment. "She did say she planned to leave the Coalition once, this is likely related to that."

"I agree, so it would be wise for us to see whom she is hooking up with, to see if it worth following in her stead."

Trazu made a face. "'Us'?" He echoed.

"Yes son, you are coming with me."

"But...."

"As you said yourself....even Jedi need a break now and then." She gave him a wink. Trazu just groaned.

Bridge, Revanche

"Sir, there is an unknown shuttle inbound for us," reported a bridge crew officer.

The younger Lucerne, still wearing his dress uniform from dinner, nodded back.

"I imagine that would be Lavality's other guests. Do a typical customs sensor exam, just to make sure we are not pulling in something like a yacht with a fusion bomb installed instead of a refresher."

"Sir, couldn't such as scan be viewed as that we are being distrustful of them?"

Corise frowned. "If it was an active scan, yes. Perhaps I should explicate myself better; run passive sensors and see if there are any anomalies that should be a reason for concern. Like signs of inordinate amounts of explosives, or a lack of crew onboard."

"As if it were a kamikaze ship?"

"Well, if it's going to be an actual threat, that would seem to be the most likely method of attack," commented the Kashan man, "Anything else can be easily dealt with. It's probably indeed a friendly craft though, if we start assuming that everything is what it appears to be, we will pretty soon be all dead."

"Aye sir."

"When the delegates come onboard," informed the officer, "kindly invite them to my quarters; I will be waiting. We can have a talk there."

"Yes sir."
