"We're ready." Kamon had told her.

"Alright, one moment."

She puts his birth certificate in the bag with his clothes and swings that over her shoulder, then the bag with her stuff in it follows to the same shoulder. Then she picks up Damien.

Holding him carefully, she walks slowly, following Kamon as they make their way to the ship.

"How far before we reach Dameo?"

"You mean before you do? A day I believe is the correct time."

He led her to the shuttle that would take them over to the VOndiranach and helped her aboard. Once there, they sat down and the ship took off. Ambling slowly over to the larger ship, it settled down in the hangar and Kamon led Jade out to the stunning view of two sleek Sekotian ships.

"The one on the left is yours. As you can see it is scared."

The ship seemed to be rembling and its Force presince quivered uncontrolably.

She passes Damien over to Kamon and walks over to her ship. Once in front of it, she closes her eyes and concentrates hard, sending images of herself and Damien, of Sumohn and Moonlite. She also sends it a slow wave of calmness and sends it the name she has given it. DragonStar.

She opens her eyes and stands back, waiting to see what will happen.

The ship continues to tremble, although it is less than before. Kamon rocks Damien in his arms and looks from the ship to Jade then back again. He walks over near her.

"Perhaps you should go up to it and put your hand on it and talk to it. The Hope tends to like that."

She nods and walks back over to it. SHe puts her left hand on it and it moves a bit by her touch. She puts her other hand on it and closes her eyes, using the Force to speak to it.

She says soothing things, things that always calmed down her children, then begins humming a song from her childhood. It was the same song her mother used to sing to her before bedtime when she wanted Jade to settle down for the night without making her tired.

She opens her eyes and for some reason, puts her right cheek on the ship, looking over at Kamon, watching him rock Damien.

The ship stopped trembling. Kamon smiled and walke dover with Damien in his arms. It had been quite a while since Kamon had held such a small child in his arms. And when he had, the two were older than Damien was now. Kamon heard running feet behind him and turned to see his two children race into the chamber.

"Dad!"

Kamon motioned for them to quiet down and the two seven year olds did. They walked over and peered at the baby in Kamon's arms and looked from him to Jade and back again.

"Jade, this is my son Andreas and my daughter Amarie."

She looks down at the children and smiles, kneeling down carefully.to their level to see them better.

"Hello, Andreas. Hello, Amarie. Nice to meet you."

She notices a striking resemblance that they have to each other, realizing they they are twins.

"You know, I have twins too. Also a boy named Amnon and a girl named Amazon."

She realizes something and her face lights up at the thought.

"You all have names beginning with A. Andreas, Amarie, Amnon, Amazon. Isnt that amazing?"

For seven year olds, they didnt look amused, and she looks up at Kamon.

"I guess it only works on five year olds, huh?

They dont amuze easily, do they?"

"They're just curious as to who you are."

He looked down at them and smiled. They just looked at Jade with quizzical looks on their face. What she had said did seem strange, but not that amusing. Not to them anyway. Kamon looked downat Damien and stuck his finger into the boys fist.

"Looks just like you, Jade."

The twins got on their tippy toes to look at the child and Kmaon lowered Damien down some so that they could see.

"So I noticed. Children are always curious of new people they see. But hey, at least I tried."

She stands back up and watches the twins faces soften as they look down at Damien, whos sleeping through it all, yet again. The life of a baby is so easy, and sometimes she wishes all her kids stayed that little.

"Thanks. But I got a feeling he will act much like his father when hes older."

Kamon breathed a sigh.

"Unfortunately. I hope he does not. We don't need someone else to hate us."

He handed Damien back to his mother then scooped up his children, one in each arm. Amarie put her arms around her fathers neck, but Andreas just watched Jade and the infant boy. Kamon kissed Amarie's forehead lightly and looked at Jade.

"Do you like the ship? You haven't been inside yet, but do you like the outside?"
