Xavier nodded curtly and replied: "I'll be ready when you call." He melted into the shadows of the hallway and disappeared. I do hope he knows what he's doin' , he thoughtas he left.
"The Empire is what holds the Galaxy together. It brought order out of the ashes of the Clone Wars. Is that not something to fight for... to die for?"

Hmmm, that went well, he though to himself, and then melted into the shadows as well.

With everybody up to date on what was going on, he had a few errands to run himself.

Four hours later, he left the same maintenance closet he had visited just a few hours prior, lugging behind him a pair of sacks filled up with a few... tidbits... that he might need.
Just doin my job.

After leaving the Astoria's lower levels...not very comfortably either, as he'd misread the data readout on the exit's size and had to spend the entire ride hunched over in a posture reminiscent of the fetal position...Wolf decided to spend his time as leisurely as possible, not bothering to hurry on toward his destinations, since the need for time conservation wasn't at all that urgent now.

The first stop was at the Hades' Hive, where he sat in the same booth he'd been in earlier that day, and ordered a drink, one of the many strange alien beverages available for purchase that supposedly heightened the drinker's senses or some such. He flicked off a few clasps, releasing and shutting down the air scrubbers, then removed his helmet, setting it on the table just in front of him.

As he waited, the young hunter studied himself in the reflection on his helm, noting the scruffy mop of brown locks atop his head, tired gold-brown eyes, and a relatively well kempt beard; what he'd been told was a rather handsome face. He sighed, turning just in time to catch the waitress as she stopped at his table. She was a Twi'lek, light purple in coloration, and quite attractive.

Upon seeing her shy smile and coy aversion of her eyes, Wolf knew exactly what he'd spend what could be his final hours doing...

Time to turn on the roguish charm.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

A few hours later, after waking, rearming himself, and taking his leave of the waitress, Wolf headed off toward his second destination; the docking bays and his baby, Solace.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Muttering something completely incoherent as he rummaged through the small equipment locker onboard his vessel, Wolf was rapidly becoming more and more annoyed with the amount of time he still had left to wait for the attack to actually begin. The waiting was the worst part...well, really the battle was the worst part, but the waiting definitely wasn't too appealing either.

A few more moments of searching were rewarded with the acquisition of several small explosive charges, which could be molded for use as door breeching devices or even rolled into balls and made into makeshift grenades, a power pack for his carbine, and a five clips of ammunition for his projectile pistol...as well as a pair of thermal detonators in case things got a bit too dicey and they needed an explosive means of retreat.

All that was left was to wait at this point...so he grumbled unintelligibly to himself, removed his armor for the second time in an hour or so, and fell asleep in the small crew compartment's bunk, but not before setting a timed alarm and keeping both his ship's communication's array open and his pistol within arm's reach.
