It's not hard to keep an updated manifest...

Maybe not for you, and your uniformed warships. For us, due to several problems, such as stated earlier missing persons, and sloppy performance from some, has resulted in the manifest problems we have encountered. But we have dealt with them.

TNO has too many cooks in the kitchen, and as a result everything comes out a little sloppy.
Your manifest is incorrect. You have not accounted for recent losses or builds. Even if it's "reasonably" updated, having a manifest that goes a month or so without an update while builds are continuing and then gets an incomplete revision doesn't really cut it.
I liked your last post Drayson. Probes. Good idea. About how many are in system, and have any been sent in my direction, or are they generally localized?

The manifest was not updated when I posted in the Staff forum. When Kas informed me that if a group attacked we would have the manifest listed in the group (whether updated or not) I informed my compadres and the manifest got updated.
This was before your posting of an OOC manifest in your thread for an attack Ahnk.
Kraken informed did inform me that he put double numbers for his fleet and removed them. I didn't think anything of it but I can see how it looks suspicious.
That, however, is all I find that would be odd.
First people cry over our manifest not being up to date. I notify the staff it is so and say it'll be taken care of in 2 weeks. I get told if anyone attacks in those two weeks, the manifest we have is the manifest we use. So we tally stuff between protectorates and put something up. Now it's not friggin pretty enough?

Kraken, you do not post for the Coaltion! Or you do not roleplay for TNO! You cannot roleplay two characters in two different factions on the same side. That is wrong!

Obviously my interest in the thread excludes me from making any judgements as a staff member or even as a independent citizen. Since Kas has already been invited (by you) to ensure my reinforcements were above the board, I'll leave it up to him to make the call on Kraken's manifest and the manifest of TNO in general, and whatever he says will be followed.
My assets are updated as of this week, since then I have lost no assets and have gained or built no assets. My build orders are frozen due to my cap being too close for comfort.
