That's what I thought Dolash (regarding the Intruders) and if that's the case, then the Intruders would not have opened fire (as they plotted their course).
For the future, Dolash, I would refrain from using descriptive terms such as "shooting" that can have two meanings in a fleet rp environment.
And you do make a good point with the Intruder's not having been specfically sent a transmission with the peace offering content.
Conversly, it's not like your Intruders do not know the 2nd Fleet has arrived and it's not like they do not know that both sides are holding their fire.
