I don't care at all if I know the person and they are just joking or shooting sarcasm, but I don't know him. So if he wants to make a personal attack on me and no one cares, then maybe the report button should be removed. Otherwise, it should be stated since I obviously don't know him and therefor, I don't know how he thinks.
