I must admit to following a similar system as Omnae, namely no system whatsoever. The only time it ever feels worth putting something in Word is if I know I haven't got time to finish it in one go.

Same. I'm a poster-on-the-spot, and 9 times out of ten I won't bother with spell check unless I know I have some words wrong in there. I can usually spell purty good.

I only ever use Word if I'm starting a new thread... and even then only about 20% of the time. Mostly, I just hit 'New Thread' or 'Repy' and go from there...
