Looking over all of your techs you have the same problem in most of your ships as you do in the Ghoul with R&Ding more then one tech in a single R&D.

You have the same problem with the:

1) Ghost sensor stealth system, in the GHOST tech.

Ghost tech- contains 2 techs

2) The Screamer in the Banshee tech.

Banshee tech- contains 3 techs

3) The matter gravitator in the Banshee tech.

As such, now that I think of it, they are as inadmissable to this thread as the Ghouls modified PIM missiles that I argued with validity to the rules at the begining of this OOC thread.

Becuase of the fact that they were approved with a ship tech and not as a sepparate tech that was approved on their own.
Thus going against R&D rule three of the R&D rules.


I would ask that staff give these an equal looking over as the modified PIM missles.

Actually I made a case in the R&D forums and was ignored by you.

So I am making it here, I state yet again, is my right seeing as you are attacking me.

I made my case.

Noting where rules were explicitly broken.

So it would be up to staff to decide this issue.

I made my case there and was ignored. I did not actually realize that you were, in fact, breaking the R&D rules until I looked into the matter.

It matters not that I did not speak in the other threads. The matter stands that you broke R&D rule 3 in these R&Ds. Even stating it as quoted in my second response after I made my case.

Staff were going to look the Ghoul Modified PIMs over. Well they may as well look over the other ships that break R&D rule three that you are using against me as well.

As such you again disagree and can not come to a compromise then the staff can look these over.

So you suggest that we wait to answer questions as they come up in a RP rather then solve them ahead of time?

Also note that I have effectively proven that Ractus has broken several rules. Review of such rule breaking is required and it is my right to call him on the problems with his R&Ds as the person being attacked.

And it is my right to question your IC-ly untested R&Ds on how they function. Or if they have flaws in their approval.

Kas already ruled definitively that you did needed a launch system that was missing from the GHOUL.

Now I do not need to address it when it comes up IC.

Well, you know.

I assume nothing and answer questions before they become issues. That is what I consider good rping. Taking care of things before they become problems.

A good Rper would deal with the matter at hand seeing as my argument has validity. Considering you already made on compromise becuase of it, it would seem that you do see it's validity as well.
