In your post you are calling Kaine to talk about getting your people (aka: Section 8) back, it is assumed then that they must have surrendered due to your orders to everyone else in not escalating the issue. Whether we take the base intact or under construction makes no difference.
That is if you do not desire a conflict over this issue.
But if you want active weaponry to fight the Reclamation Task Force, that is your call. Please edit Regrad as issuing said order to Section 8. Your IC orders to everyone else remains.
I was just going by what Irtar and you wrote. Irtar, since his people are taking the long way around, would then probably show up in the aftermath of the ensuing bloodbath in which case, the Glee Anselm people would either be unsuccessful in reclaiming their world from Coalition treachery or there will be no Coalition people remaining to be bargained for.
Let me know and I will rewrite my post accordingly. Irtar's entry post will be removed to be placed after ensuing conflict.
