The Slothful Padawan
Know you nothing of the Coalition Samurai?

fuck that duck
Uhhuh. There are many more examples of soldiers retreating/giving up, because that's the survival instinct at work. Most of the time when soldiers fight to the death its because a) they adhere to a very strict code of honour that demands it (i.e. Samurai), or b) they're dead anyway.
I don't believe the GC teaches its soldiers to throw their lives away for nothing, nor are they in a position of being dead one way or another.
Some of your soldiers might choose to fight and die - I don't believe 200 of them would.

Imperial Baron-Admiral
I am more honourable than thou!
Desaria is the most honourable soldier in the Empire and actually it would be common knolwedge that the men who are captured by Guardsmen are afforded all of the honours of war and sent to the Guard's private prison colony where they are afforded all the rights of honourable combatants.
The Astrus is damaged but in no way incapacitated and your men have no access to vital systems.
You may begin search operations but as most have said they would be fruitless. You may rish fifty thousand aboard a dozen cruisers to rescue two but even a lightside admiral would have you beaten to death for such an act.
IC - my ships arrived at Corellia, received a great deal of troops aboard Relentless and a larger escort and jumoed again under one hours time later. But again - no civil space station would be near them so even if you had a man on a civilian spoace station he would be in no position to see what the Imperial ships are doing.

Return of the King of the Cafe!
I'll think of something...
So I may proceed perhaps?

So I may proceed perhaps?

Return of the King of the Cafe!
Well, either way, I might as well edit my existing post to make it a tad more worthy - and a tad less Butthead worthy. Perhaps that will help solve a few issues?

Where did I go right?
I'll look forward to seeing what you come up with. Knowing you it'll be pretty good.

Return of the King of the Cafe!
In truth, I've already edited. Go and take a look for an all-the-cooler introduction to Agent J-1's Most Daring Mission Yet.

On a completely unrelated subject, I'd like to pick up the pace of the Roche thread and get it done with...

Return of the King of the Cafe!
Isn't it your turn...? I'll go check.
*EDIT*: Oh, it's Milkshake's, I better tell him (he might have missed it too).

Yeah...
So I see that that's what you PLAN to have happen in the timeframe, right Telan? So I should just procced with my attempt at infiltration with that in mind as the 'timetable', so to speak? As in, I'm up to the part with the refuling and reinforcing the battered battlecruisers, and soon after that is the prisoner switch and the leaving?
