Huh, if I recall yesterday there was a tonne of posts in the library, now there's two.

Dolash: the problem seems to stem from the default settings for certain users. At the bottom of every forum, you'll see a set of menus that allow you to set the way you view threads. i.e. "Show only threads from the last month, last week, etc."
I just looked at the forum with another account and, as you did, saw only two posts. Then I looked and noticed that, by deault, the "Show threads" option was set to "From the last 30 days".
So you're only seeing the two threads that have been posted in the last month. You see all of them when logged in because your account default is to see ALL threads (presumably).
Something to keep in mind for anyone creating a reference forum... I wonder if stickying the topics fixes the problem...

I can edit the forum settings to display all topics by default.
