If a newbie makes continues effort to improve his skills, the Staff will take measures to keep existing members off of their backs about mistakes. But, well... while you're both out there with measuring sticks saying how big and bad and original you are, we're all here laughing at the grammar (or lack thereof).
If you need help with common English grammar and composition, just ask and we'll all throw links and advice at you. Everyone started out as a newb, no shame in being ignorant. Ignorance is curable.
