Plus the fact that there were 1000 some odd fighters spread over that 7.5 km space between my fleet and his. THey would have stopped alot. Plus the fact that some missiles would have probably missed when their targets: the intimidators were no longer in their view. Plus the fact that the missiles were spread out among around 10 ships not just one ship. Plus the fact that even after TNO's Eclipse got hit with around 2 superlaser blasts, a shitload of turbolasers and became an electrical conduit between two halfs of a shipyard it was ruled as only 15 days or something damaged. This was before the restart. I'm not exactly 100% sure about all the damage but that's what I remember. Gash or Kaine could probably give a better account of what happened.

Torpedo Spheres Create a tiny flicker in the shield after spending hours scanning the shield for a point where it is weakest. They destroy a generator during the tiny flicker and nearly all 500 of the missiles are targetted at one point.

Your SSD isn't destroyed, only severely damaged. Without engines or weapons, or shields.
TNO's Eclipse was an Eclipse, with massive shielding. The second shot did a massive amount of damange but the first was souped up almost entirely by the sheilds. The conduit thing was silly, I'm not going to touch that but in any case... that's old news.
Marth, post within the next 48 hours please.

Is it damaged or destroyed? Conceivably could I get it repaired? That's all I need to know.

It's engines are dead, but if you can pull out a victory it could be towed to a shipyard.
When the thread is finished we will decide how badly damaged it is but you won't be going anywhere now, and if Bakura falls, it will be Zyric's to destroy or capture if he so wishes.
Offically: It's dead in space, but not dead.

And since he's retreating with less than a third of his fleet I think I won.

Jedi Mastah
I agree.

Marth. I am moving away from the planet, if you can't read. Away, on the far side.
The Farfalen fleet continued to pull to the far side of the planet, all the while gaining distance between them and the planet

Imperial Observer
True, Marth. But planetary shields are far, far more powerful than an Executor's. And didn't the SSD insert itself between the fighters and missiles? That was my reading of its movement, at any rate...
Irregardless. Ahnk's ruling more or less sums up my idea of damage.
Good luck... it's an interesting thread, thus far. (I meant that "Good Luck" seriously, btw.)

This is a good time because Kas is so up-tight you could stick a coal up his ass and in two weeks you would have a diamond.

Doesn't anybody actually read my posts?
