I don't remember that as being a part of the Thrawn trilogy. Are you sure it isn't a part of another EU book?

It was definately the Hand of Thrawn Duology, not Thrawn Trilogy.

I had always wondered who killed Rukh. He stabs Thrawn, pimp-slaps Pellaeon, and then OMGWTF hes dead.
