This is incorrect. The Union controls Manaan. It is listed on our list... but should not be listed on the Imperial list.

Due to an error on my part, both Bandomeer and Toprawa were placed in "The Centreguard Expansion." Both planets shoudl ahve been placed in the Boarderland protectorate.
