I Have Many Names And Many Titles, But Im Still Just Jayde!

Jade Doment had been walking around Tholatin, wearing a back outfit of a tank top, overalls with many beltloops for her weapons, and thick heeled high imact ankle boots, and as always, her trademark ankle length black leather jacket.

She had decided to go to the countryside and meditate on one of the hills there, when she felt a ripple in the Force. Kamon was in trouble, and Amarie was with him, yet neither of them could heal him, and she knew it.

Running now with inhuman speed, Jade reaches the hill where Kamon fell down and sees them. Not even a moments thought later and she was skidding down the hill.

Jade pulled out a small wad of bandages, checking for wounds. Blood started flowing slowly from Kamon's neck as she began to turn him over, intending to search his back for wounds.

"I think I found it."

She presses the bandages to the wound on his neck, working to stop the bleeding. The bandages werent bacta, as Jade knew he was allergic to it, they were just plain old compression bandages.

"What happened? I need to know to heal you properly."

Jade was looking between Kamon and Amarie for an answer, still pressing the bandages to Kamon's wound in the meantime.

Oh good, help's here. She can help daddy. And I can't help! I'm no help, not at all!

"Uh, we were racing, and daddy didn't look where he was going...and tripped and went fell down and went boom.

Does that help?" Amarie asked shakily.

Kamon laughed lighly but that made his head hurt so he stopped and looked at the two of them seriously. What she had said was an exaggeration of the matter, but it was mostly correct. He hadn't been watching where he was going and had fallen down the hill to land on his head in a pile of sharp rocks.

"What she said is right for the most part. I didn't go boom though. I do have a rather sharp object stuck in my head though."

Jade looks at Amarie and drops her mouth slightly, her fangs now visible. Kamon blood was making her hungry, and having not fed yet, she could go into a frenzy. She pushed her hunger away and reminded herself to go hunting later.

"Uh, yeah, I guess it does."

She looks down at Kamon and sighs, shaking her head a bit.

"Sometimes, you scare me."

The bleeding wasnt stopping, and she knew what she had to do. One was get the rock from his head, the second was stop the bleeding.

"Brace yourself, love. This is gonna hurt on so many levels. But remember, its hurting me worse than its hurting you, for the fact Im causing this pain."

Jade reaches her right hand around to her back and grabs her white onyx hilt, a lightdagger with a small blade of white, silver, and gray swirls. She ignites it and uses her left hand, her smart hand, and pulls the rock from his head.

The bleeding gets worse and she shoves the tip of the lightdagger into his neck, cauterizing the wound and finally stopping the bleeding.

Putting it away, she waits til he calms down a bit, the taps into her Jedi healing power. The back of his neck glows a bright white as it slowly heals, stopping after a few moments.

"Feel better?"

Amarie simply shrugged her shoulders as her father corrected her slight exageration of the tale. He didn't exactly go BOOM, but still, the event spooked her.

She knew he was only playing with her when it happened, only wanting to have a few laughs before they both went on their vacation.

Taking one look at all the mess the fall had created, Amarie had the distinct feeling that the trip might be delayed.

Giving Jade a puzzled look when she saw the strange teeth. Just what was she? Was she human, or something else?

Amarie didn't quite know, and figured the time for asking questions would be reserved for later, visably wincing when the older woman set to work, removing a rock from her father's head, and using a small lightdagger to help stop the bleeding. Since Amarie herself didn't know how to help her father, so she didn't have any other option, but to trust Jade for the moment. Beyond that, the young girl would figure out later.

"Ow."

He winced when she stuck the lightdagger into the wound in order to cauterze it. It hurt terribly but he controlled the pain and waited for her to finish. When she had, he sat up and lightly rubbed the back of hs head.

"Yeah thanks.."

Jade caught Amaries questioning look about her fangs from the corner of her eye, but figured the girl would be asking about them later.

Right now, she helps Kamon up and smirks.

"Sorry. I did what I thought I had to do. I know how back it hurts. I had to do that to my left shoulder a few times."

The pale scar was very much visible against her deeply tanned skin.

"Like my shoulder, you will also have a scar. Its fully healed, but scars are something I cannot get rid of. They tend to stay around."

Amarie smiled when her father helped to his feet. He knew now to watch where he was going, that was for sure!

With him fully healed now, that meant that the delay for their vacation wasn't going to happen after all.

Kamon stood up and winced lightly. He was healed yes but that didn't mean it didn't hurt at all. In fact it still hurt pretty bad, but he ignored the pain by pushing it to the back of his mind. Looking around, he stretched to make sure that he was alright before they started walking again.

"Amarie and I are going on a trip, Jade."

One jet black eyebrow raises in surprise, and Jade smiles.

"Oh. Thats great. Family is imporant to keep together."

She picks up her bag and her things and slings it over her shoulder.

"Well, my work here is done, and since I was ready to meditate before I felt you were in trouble, Ill be on my way. I dont want to hold up your plans, or anything."
