But Demos we DON'T see the same disfiguration in Skywalker. Assuming that Palpatine is Sidious.. he goes from Chancellor... normal looking old dude... to the cloaked Palpatine... fucked up looking retard.

We see disfiguration in Anakin. Looking at the trailer, he's quite normal looking around the time he's appointed to the Council. But by the lava pit bit, he's got the whole decay thing going on. Not as rapid or intense as Palpatine's, but it is there.
If you have a more plausible explanation for Palpatine's decay, though... the evidence is there for it being caused by his use of the Dark Side.

I do agree that the decay would be caused by his immersion into the dark side. I'm curious now as to if Sidious and Palpatine really are different, it's totally against what I always thought but who knows. It'd be pretty cool to see? I think some of the evidence to them being the same person would also be when Maul and Sidious were walking on none other than Coruscant. Who knows?

Well, he either gets in a fight with Palpy or Sidious (if you are one to believe they are not one in the same), as we see Sidious fighting Yoda later in the Senate chambers, or, obviously, both (if you're one to believe they are the same person). What would be really bad ass is if they weren't the same person, and Yoda had to fight both of them at the same time, but I doubt that'll happen.
