This falls under my realm of moderation, and I am making sure to keep up with my own responsabilities. If you feel Im oversteping my bounds, and acting like a power hungry R&D MOD, PM The Staff, Get on messanger and bug them about me until they get rid of me. Posting over and over in this thread that does not address you nor requests your prescence is both agrevating and disrespectful.

Im going to treat you like a spammer until you start acting like a respectable person, and outright ignore any posts in this thread by you until I see resolution in the issuie I am posting about.

Question: if PMing the staff about a possible issue is the right and proper route to take, why does this thread exist?

yes but my point is was that not for past ships pre-R&D and not for all ships built since? IE: Ships before this R&D could be upgraded, but ships would have to be built with it after, or not have it at all?

Well I've looked the R&D over and I don't see why this should be a sudden concern, to be honest.

There were no 'limits' enforced (aside from the obvious conditions from the R&D mods at the time) even after a review initiated by Kas, from what I can see.

At least not in what you were pointing out Heir. ( no such conditions were asked by the mods from what I can see).

I don't see anything wrong here.

So unless you're actually asking the actual tech itself to be reviewed once more, theres not much else to say or do here.

But then you could always wait and see what Ahnk and Kas have to say.
