There's nothing left to surrender! Its' not a major region and everyone who lived on it is gone, there's nothing we can do and its' not exactly easy to complain or even communicate a lot with the Black Dragon Empire. You've just taken it, its' yours, add it to the planet list and unless there's anything you want to do there you might as well end the rp too.
