Cheers to that.
Here's the thing, Ralen. You started you attack by entering the system and bombarding the surface, killing thousands of civilians in mere minutes.
You continued to do this, while at the same time telling people "You won't be harmed."
Let me say this again: you do not dictate what my citizens do.
And no, your troop manifest is not valid. Why, you say?
Because only your "new" ships are stated as having any troops. And those ships were not brought in as per the stated reinforcement rules.
So, under the rules, they're not there, and neither are the troops they carried.
Ahnk, about the whereabouts of Joren Arden:
Whether he is on the planet or not is (imo) irrelevent. No doubt if he had been moved to Commenor (for example) an attack would now be taking place against that planet.
The fact is there, there is no IC intelligence to back the claims that Joren is there. They essentially landed on the planet and stumbled across him, making up his condition as they went.
Again, Joren is a prisoner of the Empire and being held on an Imperial planet, being held by forces of that Empire. It is for the Empire - not the ORS - to decide where Joren is being held, and by what means, etc.
If that includes transferring him to another world, than it's that simple. There is no "roleplay" to show (100%) that he left the world, but there is similarly no roleplay that shows the ORS attaining his location.
However, this recently came to my attention:

Quote:
Arden, who could face trial before the Imperial Ministry of Justice for war crimes, was defiant when top Imperial officials visited him in captivity hours later - people at the meeting said he refused to admit to human rights abuses.
...
The former President was taken to an undisclosed location where his identity has confirmed.

The implications there, naturally, are that Joren was removed from Abregado-rae and transferred to Imperial Centre (the reference to "top Imperial officials" makes that the most likely location).
I understand fully that this does not mean, for absolute certain, that Joren was removed from Abregado-rae. But it does clearly show that he was moved - the undisclosed location, obviously, would have to be a military compound of some sort.
Again, Mr. Me'Vere, do your homework.
