What about Service Pack 1? It was definitely released after Windows XP came out.

Demosthenes X:Now this isn't fair, there have been a lot of small updates over the life of XP that have been incredibly useful. You mention Service Packs, but .Net, Direct X, etc, have all been updated since XP came out.
It was also useless... SP2 actually had some useful additions.
