OOC: the lack of evidence to the contrary

Perrin's ears stopped ringing just then (after running smack dab into the force created invisible wall and and getting his gut kicked in) catching the tail end of the Jedi Master's question.
Assuming she's a Jedi Master.... that kick was pretty vicious.... damned Jedi boots..
He had to catch himself the pain in his arm suddenly becoming sharp as blood dripped from his wound onto the cold floor which momentarily distracted his mind and he almost reached out to steady himself on the Jedi's saber.
Would have sliced my digits off now..
The Jedi's face was a sight to behold as it was all scrunched up in a snarled appearance.
This woman reeks of hate..
..and at that thought, Perrin decided to take his own sweet time in gathering his wits. The anger would drive the woman to impatience and, to be honest, he really didn't care what she felt..
Women are too emotional anyway...
"I was trying to check out a book from the library when two padawans jumped me..." he started out in a rather indigant voice.
His blatant lie of course only drew more snarls from the Jedi and he mentally sighed.
His own saber was called back to his hand, the active blade partially pointed up as he very slowly got up.
His motion causing the Jedi to tighten her grip on her weapons.
Suddenly Perrin stretched out both arms, his empty hand open and shouted to no one in particular, "WHAT THE FRELL DOES IT LOOK LIKE I'M DOING?"
This eyes narrowed and his body tensed. He felt the Master's overwhelming aura as his own perceptions (however limited) began to glide across the wall... finding details not previously known.
"Here.. catch." and Perrin suddenly tossed the active lightsaber straight at the Master's face...
He tried to toss it over the arc of her outstrectched saber wondering if a persons natural instinct to bring their hands up to block their face would be the act of the Jedi woman.
In any event, he didn't wait around to find out... Bolting for a wall, his hands reached out to the piping running up and down it's length.
