If I fucking knew it was a planet, I would fucking tell him that we're going to need a new planet or he is not going to be helped by TGG.

...Hysterical...
I am fucking tired of this. I didn't do shit. I was lied to, he told me that Lok wa s anon-canon world, so i told him to place it near a TGG owned planet.

Kach is a valued member of the community now?
Certianly by some. Perhaps 'valued' was too strong a word.

He only watches soccer for the riots
. Ask Kach how long it took for him to move past being abused as a n00b before graduating to newb and eventually becoming a valued member of the community.
I'm a valued member of the community now?

So thanks, Kach - you killed David Carradine!
"Omnae":
"What? What? Where are the nipples?" enters Seth Vinda.
"NIF. But I will find them! I am god like that." Kach Thorton speaks up.

Civilian
Sorry Kach:
You're less of a newb though. Remember small victories.

Blink If You Can Hear Me
If you want to start a technology company, Loktech is the way to go. I've always been unsatisfied with canon brand padlocks, and have felt the need for a non canon variety for quite some time.
OS: In a world of bon-bons, you are a twinkie.
Ahnk: God damn you, I am Count Chocula and you know it.

Calm down Max, everybody makes mistakes.
I agree with the point that Beff is making, but I would also like to add that it is also very easy to point the finger and laugh at someone who makes mistakes simply because he is new, rather than help constructively.
Dark Adept, my advice to you, is to look before you leap. Think things through more, a little planning goes a long way. This will help you with roleplaying in general. Research a planet before you decide to select it as a homeworld, find out its history, not only its canon histoy, but also if it has a background here at TRF.
There are many ways of finding this out, either check the planet listing (for current activities) , check TRF's history timeline, run a forum search in the battlegrounds, or simply ask, by posting in this forum, you'll find people will help if they can.
The online Star Wars encylopeadia is a great resource, as is the Wookiepedia, and I encourage you to get familiar with them. Take the time to browse through them once in a while, I gurantee you'll find something useful.
I also agree with Beff, (from as far as I can tell) you have not been here that long at TRF, and starting a group up straight away is a bit like running before you can walk.
You can still contribute to an already established group or faction without having to make your own.

TDA. Just TDA.
thanks Seth, thats the most genuinely good advice ive had. I feel i did run before i could walk, and as i am contributing to the jedi (look for the thread in the training grounds, if you want) and i need to adapt to TRF.
i use wookiepedia, but i will take all your advice, but for now, LokTech stands still.

but for now, LokTech stands still.
Then, despite all the advice we have offered to the contrary, you are still going to go ahead with it? Hmmm...
