Litestep is, like Titus said, a windows shell which allows you to create and edit modules that affect the user-friendlyness of a machine. Infinatly customizable. However; not all litestep themes are gamer firiendly etc.
Still, it rocks. Oh, and it's totally secure and stable.

Oh yeah, and Halifax-class Mutli-Role frigates (some of the best goddamn anti-submarine frigates in the world... and Canadian too!)
