I guess I could, but the mental picture of what kind of group the BHG would be was like dusty and dark cellers of Tatooine and wierd smelling courts of Hutts. A the Mental pic I got of the union (stop me if I am wrong) was more of a High corporate buldings kind of thing, if you know what I mean.

The BHG could be a branch of the union. It's just organized crime. Doesn't mean there can't be a cell of scum bag bounty hunters that work for them.

Yeah, the Union is supposed to have many subsidiaries and has already established a pretty steady active pace in the galaxy. It'd be much easier than having to go through all of the hassles of creating a new guild, and probably more likely to succeed.
