It's somewhat of the standard for returning people, even those with lengthly histories at this or other boards, to accept a rank of Knight level when petitioning for a rank, then have that rank be known as a placeholder, as with a few good weeks RPing he force council can remaster someone.
Normally, we'd just say "Master Malice, Go Fuck Shit Up!", but we got really power routed in the ass by the whole Sedriss thing when half of the active force users in the galaxy were scooped away to another board, and we are just now recovering.

I'm a former member of TGC. They probably don't know me under this name. Like most newbies, I saw Episode 3 the other day and it made me want to start roleplaying again. Hopefully the two of them will be roleplaying here as well. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

I wouldn't worry too much about powers. The majority (80%) of active Jedi are Padawans. Unless you run into Vodo or OS, you shouldn't have a big issue if you want to flex your muscles.
