For adult material, I pray the TV show provides.

Blink If You Can Hear Me
Yeah. I can't wait to see the man wookie love you know George Lewis couldn't slip past the sensors.
OS: In a world of bon-bons, you are a twinkie.
Ahnk: God damn you, I am Count Chocula and you know it.

fuck that duck
*takes Kas' comments out of context*
[size=1]"So the woman asked me what I wanted on the sandwich and I said I do not care it is for a duck, and she was like oh then it's free. I was not aware that ducks eat for free at Subway. It's like give me a chicken fajita sub, but don't worry about ringing it up, it is for a duck.”

...and Slaskia!
I missed that completely...heh!
Sorry you feel like that, it certainly wasn't any intention of mine to do so!
The way I see it, is theres plenty of room here for all of it , and I personally wouldn't want to limit anybody's right to follow any storyline they choose to do so.
I think we've had some great stories going on in them battlegrounds.
As for Sith and Jedi, well, the Jedi aren't doing much fighting back atm, which means the Empire are sitting quite comfortable.
I'm not sure what you feel is missing Dolash, I mean we could RP out the films , but then that would be boring...

And the one time I attempted to get hopefully some board wide particpation (The Spread): ignored completely.

It's like you guys get bored with non-fleeters like me and kick us to the curb.

Return of the King of the Cafe!
I guess my point is, Seth, that there is really a lack of Star Wars-esque stories. In the movies, they defeated the Empire with a heroic but rag-tag band of freedom fighters and misfit leaders. At TRF, they wouldn't last a month. The ones doing the real 'fighting back' and the large-scale hero-work at TRF is really the Coalition (Not to sound too egotistical, but individuals without a faction simply aren't affecting much on a galactic scale, and the Jedi certainly aren't), and we do this through slow and gradual movements, negotiations, and careful planning.
Admittedly, there are some books based on Star Wars we do resemble - even if the characters, equipment, organizations and ideologies have changed. But then, those books aren't very much like Star Wars either. We simply don't share much in common with the films, and the new rules focussing on characters still only managed to turn characters into our chess pieces rather then our assets.
This is a game of strategy, plotting, building up, and more plotting. Characters are tools.

...we wiped assets, what do you want us to do?
I mean, people complain about the bean counting and how the game is unwinnable, so we get rid of the bean counting, and you still complain about it being unwinnable.
Maybe try something, maybe?
Crazy thought.

If we want the jedi to be amore major part, we need more jedi and the same for the sith. But for now, I see the jedi have more padawans than actual people to train them (as leia takes a good portion of them) so it might be a little while until the jedi make a HUGE difference. I don't know much of the sith situation.
I have gone to find myself. If I should return before I get back please tell me to wait

The Slothful Padawan
*shrugs* Irtar could go throw himself at some darktroopers. Maybe the ammo they'll waste will make all the difference?

that one new guy
Yeah, like I said, a lot of padawans, few masters, and I have thought of something, maybe we jedi should try to involve ourselves more. There must be some way we can.........anybody?
