The farhest I got was fighting the many orange spider like droids after sparring with Revan on the Star Forge.

Yeah, those multiple endings are great. I went through as a good guy, beat Malak, and had the "good guy" ending. But if I had felt like it I could have joined Malak, or defeated him and taken over the Sith.
