I heard a rumour, (*rolls eyes*), that the reason why ol'Palpy looks so old and nasty is because of Vader.

When he takes a look at himself dressed in the Vader outfit and realizes what he's become he screams out and lets out a huge wave of darkside energy which disfigures Palpy while he's in the same room as him.

If that is true that would be really cool I think.

Since its a really cool idea, I'm sure its untrue and George won't use it, and it'll probably be due to Jar Jar farting or something equally shit.

But bringing back Jango would make no sense He had a fitting end, no need to bring him back just to get his ass killed again.

Not so much that he isn't immersed in the Dark Side, Zell, but that he isn't actively using any Dark Side powers. Before the Jedi Council confronts Palpatine, he looks relatively normal. It's after he kills them all (using Dark Side forces, no doubt) that he begins to become disfigured.

We see a similar degredation of Anakin as he turns to the Dark Side.

I think the decay has to do with USING the Dark Side, not neccessarily simply being a Jedi. Following the Sith religion isn't the catalyst, it's the 'evil' powers that you use. Presumably, to use them saps body energy, or something...
