I think he was trying to point out that there would have been Ewoks on the planet before the Phage hit, thanks to the Sovereignty efforts and the fact that it was disbuted whether the nuclear holocaust thing ever happened. As well it points out that there were a lot of ewoks of planet (I think it mentions 200 families).

Actually, if you wanted to get technical, Dameun and BDE in general are also victims of Phage.
In the R&D there is this statement:
While the effects have proven (so far at the time of R&D writing) that Dameun's are unaffected by infection, they are still able to be infected.
So they, in effect, become carriers.
At the end of that Endor thread:
With Endor captured, however temporarily, infection among BDE personnel would have spread (unhindered) at the virus' quick rate of dispersion.
When BDE forces left, Endor becoming TNO property, being incorporated back into the military framework of Black Dragon Empire the Phage would have been carried along.
And, with Dameun (for the most part) not showing symptoms or being affected, they may not have known.
So, in conquests and in the Jihad, as BDE went from planet to planet, they would have been the carriers of Phage.
All non-dameun would have been affected, aka: Sorcerers of Tund, perhaps Grev's military leaders.. the Noghri that stayed with GC retreat would have been killed off by now and their planet rendered inhospitable, Gand would be dead, Toong I would be in their final death throws, Pakuuni would be infected and dying, and infection would be spreading with advance elements to whatever planet is next in this Jihad.
Unless, of course, there is a rp showing BDE taking care of this infection carried by their military forces from Endor.

No, but if you do recall from the Wraith R&D discussions, it does say Daemun units don't leave their ships unless they have to. So theirs no reason to assume that those ghosts and their troops ever returned to land on Dameo.
As such, they most certainly are not the units used in Jihad, as those are the forces of The Black Tion, Dameo has its own forces. The Tion-Class Star Destroyer is the only crossover ship for the entire Imperium in the way of multi-used ships.
My final point, Dameo is considered holy ground. Meaning no one but the highest of high land on its surface. Only Daemuns live there, it is the center of the Daemun race, they live there and no where else. The meaning being, that even were the entire planet covered with phage, which it is not, it would be dormant without anything to effect or harm.

There's no reason not too either given there's no rp either way.
If you have even one vessel that crosses over between your troops the there is a chance of infection. If Grev has used Ghosts in his rp (I don't recall if he has) then there is the chance of infection.
If you are saying that Dameo does not interact with it's troops and ships then yes, it would not be infected. And, as you say, even if it was, it "may" be dormant because as the R&D says, so far, it has been determined that Dameuns are not affected by infection. But then again, it also said it was not conclusive (or written in stone).

And he doesnt, as I said, each portion of BDE uses its own ship types, the Tion being the only one used by all areas of the Imperium. The reason against troop transfer is merely due to the use and creation of troops. Troops are atypically husks for Mysteri. Mysteri are cloned or custom created depending on the Mysteri's wishes themselves. The husks are fairly simple to create themselves as well, thus Troops are atypically created where needed for what tasks are required. In the most extreme cases being sent via Daemun hypergate to the locations needed, but that action would destroy any Phage a host might be carrying.

As per what I just said, it atypically doesnt. If for some reason it did, yes, it would be dormant. As I have said, the Phage is connected to the intelligence web though, so even were it to be effective against Daemuns, it could just as easily be commanded not to.
