So...basically it's around 50 years after Return of the Jedi...Han and Leia WERE married but broke it off...and the Vong more or less don't exist, which means CHEWIE IS STILL ALIVE! -Cough- I hate that they killed him off. I especially hate that they killed Anakin off. I think those are the two main reasons I lost insterest in the NJO, which is sad because I've been reading Star Wars books since...maybe fifth grade.

Anyway. I'll try to find a master to train whatever character I make...Though I don't really have any IDEAS for one, but that's okay!

Does my character have to start out as an apprentice just starting off, or can she be in her teens (17-19 years) and have a few years or so in training? Or is that up to whoever RP's her master? Most RP's make you be a padawan just starting out, so that's why I asked.

As for joining the Sith Order thing, in the words of the GREAT Jedi Master Luke Skywalker...

AAAANYWAY...I'll look into making a character and finding a master for her. Thanks for the info!

Talk to Leia about your character's age and time spent at TJO. They've NPC'ed padawan's, so I doubt that there would be a problem with you starting as an existing padawan. But, talk to her first.
